Shannon and Rob’s Spring Wedding
I joined Shannon and Rob as their Delbury hall wedding photographer, on a beautiful Spring day. With family members travelling from Malta and the USA it was an emotional day and a big reunion. I captured it all in my signature documentary style.
Bridal prep
Shannon got ready in the bridal suite with all of her bridesmaids, who were also her cousins. Bridal preparations were full of smiles, and laughter. It’s always a real joy to capture these special moments of the family together. The girls only had to walk a short distance to the coach house for the indoor ceremony, which took place on the mezzanine floor of the coach house
The reception
After getting married, Shannon and Rob made their way downstairs for canapes and drinks. Then everyone went outside for confetti, and I captured a few family shots in the Spring sunshine. The wedding breakfast was in the coach house, and Ludlow catering served up delicious food, as per usual. The roast sirloin was cooked to perfection, accompanied by amazing Yorkshire puddings and all the trimmings.
After Shannon and Rob’s romantic first dance, the music kicked in and all the guests joined them on the dancefloor. The party rocked and went on into the evening, as they all celebrated together as one big family. Congratulations Shannon and Rob!
