Blists hill wedding photographer
Blists Hill wedding photographer, if you're getting married here then please check out my work. Yesterday I was a guest as well as the official photographer. This was the first wedding I have photographed at Blists Hill Victorian Town. Which is in Ironbridge Shropshire, If you haven't yet visited it's certainly well worth a trip. Natalie and Ian's wedding, well it's been a long time coming being engaged for over 15 years now.

So a lot of planning had gone into this wedding on how they wanted a nice relaxed affair with close friends and family. The day started out with everyone meeting at the main entrance into Blists Hill Victorian Town. A tour had been planned but failed at the first stop. Which was.... The New Inn pub. Everyone stayed and mingled until Blists Hill had closed to the public. This means everyone could head down to the funfair and pavilion where the wedding ceremony would take place.
Unique Shropshire wedding venue
After the wedding ceremony, everyone went outside for drinks. This gave staff time to turn the pavilion from the wedding ceremony into the evening reception. The funfair remained open until it was time to go in for the wedding breakfast which was not your traditional three course meal but a pig roast with all the trimmings.
So everyone had time to enjoy the rides and stalls, but before we headed in for the evening celebrations I took Natalie and Ian back up into Blists Hill Victorian Town for some portraits around the deserted streets. It was time for everyone to let their hair down and enjoy the rest of the evening with hog roast, beer and kick ass rock music. I really had a great time and as always it went too quick!
