Montgomery farm wedding
Hannah and James got married at St Beuno Church in Berriew, Montgomery followed by a family farm wedding reception. Berriew is a beautiful picturesque village near Welshpool, with a pub right next to the church, a small tea room and a Butchers shop. When I arrived at Hannah’s parents house for bridal prep everyone was in high spirits and Hannah couldn’t stop smiling along with her five bridesmaids. Make up and hair was in mid flow, I nipped out to take a look at the marquee opposite. The sun was shinning, the marquee was dressed and ready and waiting for the party ahead.
There was a beautiful ceremony conducted by Hannah and James’ close friend, it was such a beautiful and personal service, afterwards we did the family shots, followed by confetti and some bride and groom portraits and also managed to keep the bridal party back for a shot on the river bank whilst the guests headed back to the farm.
Welcome drinks and canapés were awaiting Hannah and James upon their arrival, whilst the guests were just enjoying themselves in this glorious setting overlooking Hannah’s parents house. It truly was a stunning location for a farm wedding.
After food and speeches everybody went outside as it was still warm. I managed to capture some great shots of the guests having a good time before it was time to cut the cake and have the first dance.
