First of all Kelly and Richard have been planning their Fishmore Hall wedding for a long time now.  During which both were living in New Zealand before moving back to the UK in May this year.  So everything including the engagement shoot and other meetings were scheduled well in advance.  It’s the morning of Kelly and Richard’s wedding at Fishmore Hall with Richard getting ready on the top floor and Kelly on the first floor.  Bridal preparations were in mid flow with Kelly having her hair styled and also doing her own make up later.  The guests arrived in a vintage bus supplied by Boultons Coaches.  Richard and Kelly really wanted a nice relaxed, chilled out wedding day full of laughter, fun and I have to add some tears!  Richard and his best man waited patiently for Kelly and her mum to walk down the aisle with lots of emotion and nerves, the ceremony was a beautiful affair followed by a good old sing song at the end!  Straight after the service Kelly and Richard wanted to do the confetti shots outside Fishmore Hall along with the formal photographs so all of the guests can get on with enjoying the day.

Next on the agenda was to do the bride and groom shoot, now if you’re not familiar with Fishmore Hall, it has very little grounds to take pictures.  This is one of the reasons Kelly and Richard had booked me because of my knowledge of local hot spots as I call them to take my couples.  Having done landscape photography prior to weddings and having searched the local lanes I know all the best views so its was a quick little mystery tour for the happy couple who are great fans of the outdoors.

Returning back in time for the wedding breakfast and starting with the speeches first.  Starting with mother of the bride followed by Richard and best man.  WE then headed out to a common view point overlooking Ludlow for a short photo shoot and back to Fishmore Hall before any of the guests had time to miss them.  All that remained of the day was the cutting of the cheese cake which was supplied from the Mouse Trap cheese shop in Ludlow.  The first dance was an amazing routine with lots of fancy footwork and swirls.

If your having a Fishmore Hall wedding day  or even just love my style of photography, then please get in touch for here. I will look forward to showing you my sample work.
